Our chocolate combines the E3LiveMC AFA (blue-green algae named Aphanizomenon flos-aquae harvested in Klamath Lake, Oregon) that helps for the clarity of your brain and raw cacao that nourishes your heart. These two super foods are carried by the legendary burst opening power of sesame : « Open sesame! ». Raw honey infuses the bees consistency in the alchemy ensuring a profound work of all the ingredients of this fascinating medicinal raw chocolate.
Like Juliette Binoche the character in the movie Chocolat, Chantale lets herself intuitively be guided by the wind. From her organic gardens in Abitibi, Québec, to the study of raw living food and culinary art in the United States, she pursues her quest constantly. This brought to create the first raw and vegan restaurant in Québec, Tout Cru Dans l’Bec. Then, she was guided to Nelson, British Columbia to open her second restaurant, Rawfreshing Cuisine. It’s in these superb Kootenay Mountains that she discovered a noble and ancient mystery, the alchemy of E3 LiveMC raw chocolate through Rawsta Flora Organics Inc.
