About our sublime chocolates...

Our chocolates are all handcrafted, using only raw ingredients (except for maple syrup in Living Themple), certified organic or organically grown (transition). Heat involved will not exceed 115 degrees Fahrenheit, keeping enzymes and nutients intact.

To make Mayan Oracle, Enlighten mint and Flame of Chicchan, we add two types of blue-green algaes: aphanizomenon flos aquae harvested in Klamath Lake, Oregon (by the company Vision E3Live) and spirulina. They are very high quality nutritious and medicinal chocolates.

Living Themple is a creamy and soft chocolate (similar to milk chocolate, but dairy-free) and loaded with minerals from hemp seeds and hemp fibers (Manitoba Harvest).

All of our chocolates are prepared in a unique atmosphere, highly energetic, following south-american traditional methods and hawaïan ancestral rites.

Raw food is never heated more than 105°F. It is still alive and keeps its nutritional state intact. This also allows preserving the digestives enzymes peculiar to the food.
